Work one of three positions as assigned by the Manager on Duty:
Ticket Taker – Taking tickets, checking and counting members, assisting visitors with special needs. Providing correct information and directions.
Information Specialist – Answering questions and providing correct and up-to-date information about OMNIMAX films, exhibits, admissions and daily activities. Selling memberships, handling WILL CALL, stroller and wheelchair rentals. Answering incoming calls and providing accurate information.
Cashier – Selling admissions to OMNIMAX Theater, Museums and Special Exhibits/Programs using a computerized ticketing system. Collecting visitor information. Balancing money drawer at the end of each shift.
